5.b ABR Board and Members General Meeting 11 – 14 June, 2019 Malabo, Equatorial Guinea ABR proposes to Host a one-day conference in collaboration with AfDB during the Bank’s AGM and also convene A BOARD MEETING & MEMBERS GENERAL MEETING on a date to be confirmed during AfDB AGM in Malabo.

10 Africa Investment Forum (AIF) – 2nd Edition   Date and Venue to be announced by AfDB AfDB to host the 2nd Edition of AIF Date and Venue will be communicated in due course.
10.b Meeting Of The ABR Board Of Directors & ABR Annual General Meeting TBC ABR will convene a meeting of the Board of Directors and host its Annual General Meeting on the margins of the AfDB organized AIF.
       
11 Pan African Trade and Investment Committee (PAFTRAC) To be ascertained from PAFTRAC Secretariat Executive meetings of the Pan African (Private Sector) Trade and Investment Committee (PAFTRAC).

Notes:

  1. PAFTRAC Meetings is for elected members of the Executive Committee.  ABR President is Vice-Chairman.  Dates and Venue will be scheduled and communicated by the PAFTRAC Secretariat domiciled  at AFREXIM Bank
  1. ABR Board Meetings :  There will be two meetings of the Board of Directors, scheduled as follows:
  2. During the AfDB Annual Meetings, Malabo, E/Guinea: 11 – 14 June, 2019 (Exact date, time and venue will be communicated)
  3. Africa Investment Forum, Date and Location will be communicated in due course. (after consultations with African Development Bank). Feelers obtained indicated 2nd edition of AIF may still hold in South Africa
  1. ABR Members General Meeting:  ABR will organize two (2) General Meetings for Members.  One during the AfDB Annual Meetings in Malabo and the other (Annual General Meeting) will hold during the next (2nd)  edition of the AfDB organized Africa Investment Forum (AIF) which ABR is a major Partner. (Tentatively in South Africa)
  1. ABR to host a Project Finance and Investment Forum prior to the AfDB organized Africa Investment Forum.  This will afford members with projects to pitch their projects to identified Financiers / Investors and enable them undertake necessary actions to make their projects investment ready.
